The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following:

Data Collection:

  • Updated staff and student data collection.

  • A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category.

Report Updates:

  • The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications

Other Fixes:

  • NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.

AzEDS – Publishing Logic Fixes to the Program Records

The end dates of the program records were not published correctly in some scenarios. This issue has now been resolved.

PSSR-356745

AzEDS – Updates to the Visibility of the Student Demographics Errors

Districts were unable to view the Student Demographics errors in the Data Exchange Dashboard. This issue has now been resolved.

Ed-Fi Framework: Updates to Start Time on Finished Completed Queues

The Start Time of the Finished Completed Queues wasn’t showing the correct time that the record was started. This has been fixed to show the proper start time to give an accurate log.

Updates to the Language Code Fields

The Language Code list has not been updated and will stay in sync with the descriptors available in AzEDS.
