Automatic publishing logic has now been implemented for the Homeless and Food Lunch Program records. The publishing logic has now been updated to:

• Automatically publish the record if a new record gets created.

• Automatically publish changes if a modification has been made to an existing record.

• Automatically send deletes if a record has been deleted.
