The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.

With this State Reporting Release, performance improvements have been made to the CRDC 2021-2022 Report.

Updates to the CTE Enrollment Report and UI

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned changes are now available for the districts to use:

• On the course page, the CIP Program Number has been renamed to CIP Course Sub-Code.

• The reporting logic has been modified to pull the correct values of the program and course code as mentioned below:

  • The Program Number’s values are now getting pulled from the CIP Code field.

  • The Course Number’s values are now getting pulled from the (CIP Course Sub-Code) S_AZ_CRS_X.CIPPROGRAMNUMBER

• File Format for CTED Community College has been added to the report parameters and the output now includes the SOR_CTDS column.

• A new value to the CTED Student Type, 6 Continuation of Services/13th Year students is now available.

SDADMS72 Report: Version 5.3
With this State Reporting Release, the SDADMS72 report has now been updated to show the Grade Levels correctly when the report is run for the previous school years.

With this state reporting release, the limitation from the students' names fields has been removed, and the maximum field length for the fields is now as mentioned below:
