Student Academic Review for Direct Admit Version: 1.0.2

The report was not counting a math credit in Column K until a course counted with a full 1 credit, this is updated to count all math credits.

The Student Parent Associations will publish LivesWith, LegalGuardian & PrimaryContactStatus elements.

LegalGuardian will be published if any contact has Custody or Lives With checked. PrimaryContactStatus will be published if any contact has Emergency Contact or Receiver Mail checked.

The Student School Association resource has been updated with new Calendar data. The Calendar reference will be publishing Calendar Code, School ID and School Year.

The following updates are made to the Student Academic Review for Direct Admission:

• Historical Grades are reported regardless of the associated school.

• Current or future scheduled classes are reported regardless of the associated school.

The following updates are made to the Direct Admit Transcript:

• Historical Grades are reported regardless of the associated school.

• Current or future scheduled classes are reported regardless of the associated school.

• Historical Grades are only reported if the student has an earned credit and EITHER: the associated grade level is 9-12 OR the associated credit type is populated.
