The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.

The drop-down menu to choose the codeset on the Codeset Mapping and Codeset Mapping pages is now listed alphabetically, resolving the confusion for users.

CTE Student Profile Report Update

CTE Student Profile Report Version: 1.2

The report failed when a student had two previous enrollments. The report is updated to properly report students who leave a school and re-enroll during a school year.

Primary & Secondary Disability Field Updates

The following updates are made:

• The Primary and Secondary Disability fields are moved out of the Obsolete for State Reporting section of the Edit Previous Enrollment page.

• The select list for the Primary and Secondary Disabilities is updated to match the current DPI disability codes.

• Clarifying text is added to assist users.
