State Reporting 23.9.3.0 Release Notes

PSSR-326232	All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Printing Issue Update	Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.9 The report has been updated and will no longer print blank pages between pages containing student data.
PSSR-329347	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report ORA-00904 Error Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report Version: 1.3 The yearly medication inventory report has been updated and will now run (and complete) as expected.
PSSR-297086	Ed-Fi: Not All Immunizations Showing Correctly	The Student Immunization logic has been updated to download vaccine details based on the Identifier code. If the Identifier code is common along vaccines, then multiple vaccine records will be created.
PSSR-326914	Ed-Fi: Pupil Count - FTE Elements - Part 1	The Student School Association resource has been updated with two new elements Full Time Equivalency and Part Time Instructional Minutes. FTE will be calculated based on the Enrollment and the Grade level of the Student. Part Time Instructional Minutes will be the Total minutes from the bell Schedule for a maximum of 2 classes.
PSSR-326954	Ed-Fi: Special Education Program Single Day Record On the Last Day of School not Published	Ed-Fi: Student Special Education Program Associations Description: When a student has a Special Education Program record for the duration of only the last school day of the year, the Student Special Education Program Association record is not generated. This issue has been fixed.
PSSR-324803	Ed-Fi: Student Publish Status Page - Missing Student Number / Incorrect Grade Level "K" In Header	The Student Publish Status Page now displays the student number and the correct grade level in the header.
PSSR-325806	Ed-Fi: Wise Data Error 6750, 6750 SSEPA End Date is blank, but Special Education Exit Reason is set.	Ed-Fi: Student Special Education Program Associations Description: When a student has an open ended Special Education Program and the date has moved passed the last school day of the school year, the Special Education Exit Date is not populating for the Student Special Education Program Association record. This issue has been fixed.
PSSR-327350	Pupil Count Student Information (PI-1563) Residency Status Changes During School Year	A new section is added to the Pupil Count Student Information (PI-1563) page for residency status changes during the school year. This will only be required when a student’s residency status changes but does not impact the students current enrollment.
