Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.7

The Attendance Profile report has been updated and will the result file will be in HTML (rather than PDF). This change allows for a dynamic presentation of the data which will make the report results more user-friendly.

The Immunization Rules Engine and rules can now be written that compare dose dates to a student’s entry date (into school).

Note: Immunization compliance rules must be updated to take advantage of this new functionality.

Ed-Fi: Correct WISEId and Immunization Requests for Sub District

When a request for the WISEId or Immunization is made for a sub district setup, the request will now use the school of the student’s current enrollment to determine what sub district the student is currently enrolled in. With this, it is then use the correct Key and Secret for that sub district in obtaining the above data.

Food Services Eligibility Update

The Food Services Eligibility was incorrectly displaying as ‘U- Unknown’ when the student’s Lunch Status was ‘E - Exempt’, this is corrected and now reports as ‘F - Free Lunch’ on the following student pages:

• Edit Current Enrollment

Note: The publishing of the data has always been correct, it is only the notation on the pages that were displaying the information incorrectly.

Parent Placed Private and Primary Service Provider Updates

The following updates are made to the Parent Placed Private and Primary Service Provider fields on the following pages:

• WISEdata Student Information page:

  • There is no default on either field.

  • A validation rule is added that neither field can be blank.

  • A validation rule is added that both fields cannot be set to ‘Yes’,

  • The ‘Set WISEdata Defaults’ button has an added default to set the Parent Placed Private to ‘No’

• Current/Previous School Enrollment pages:

  • There is no default on either field.

  • A validation rule is added that Primary Service Provider cannot be blank.

  • A validation rule is added that Parent Placed Private cannot be blank unless the Choice School Students > Choice School Program Participant is selected.

  • A validation rule is added that both fields cannot be set to ‘Yes’.

• Choice School Students page:

  • Displays the Primary Service Provider without Parent Placed Private.

  • Primary Service Provider cannot be blank.

TDaP Rule Update

Per DHS, the TDaP rule calculation is updated from grade 6 to grade 7, and the Adolescent Booster validation is displayed if the student is in grade 7 or later.
