Incident Time Frame Codes

Choose one of the following codes to identify the time at which the incident occurred.

Note: Due to space limitations on the Log Entry page, the Incident Time Frame Codes and Place of Occurrence Codes are stored in the same field. The Incident Time Frame code is extracted only when the Place of Occurrence is equal to 01 – On School property/Grounds (Before School Hours), 02 – On School property/Grounds (During School Hours), or 03 – On School property/Grounds (After School Hours). Otherwise, this field is blank on the extract.
