Course Codes

State-provided course codes must be assigned to each course offered by your district. Enter the value in the Alternate Course Code field on the Edit Course District Information page (Start Page > District Setup > Courses). State-assigned course codes are collected on the PIMS Course Template extracts.

Click the appropriate codes link on the Edit Course District Information page to view a list of code values. You may also view valid codes in the PIMS Manual, available from the Pennsylvania DOE on the Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) webpage.
