Choose one of the following codes to identify the severity of the victim's injuries.
Code | Description |
|---|---|
1 | Victim/Offender did not sustain physical injury |
2 | Discontinued - Victim sustained physical injury |
| 3 | Injury but not serious bodily injury |
| 4 | Serious bodily injury |
| 5 | Death |
