PSSR-400858	Ed-Fi V7 Configuration Update	The EdFi configuration has been updated to support data submission for WISEData via EdFi for the 2025-2026 school year. The URLUsesSchoolYear property for the V7 profile is now set to 0 as the default, and any existing profiles for V7 have been updated.
