Discipline Letters Report: Version 1.7

The Discipline Letters report has been updated and now has an option to report either the full Action/Behavior code path (all codes/tiers that were selected) or the most granular (last code/tier) selected code.

The Student Import ID tool had a limit of 1000 rows; this limit has now been removed.

The users can now select multiple levels of actions and behavior codes in the report parameters for running the Student Incident Profile Report.

Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.5

The Yearly Medication Inventory Report has been updated and now excludes prior year returned inventory and overlapping records to ensure accurate medication counts.

Ed-Fi Framework: New Match Percentage Column in Identities Result Table

The Match % field has been added to the Identities Search Results table for Students, Staff, and Contacts. The values are sourced directly from the state ODS response, helping users quickly identify which search result has the highest matching accuracy.

PSSR-406658

Ed-Fi: Fix for State Error 7510 (WI Ed-Fi Publishing)

Customers received Error 7510 on the Wisconsin State site. The State confirmed this occurred because the programTypeDescriptor (e.g., Dual Credit) was being published under StudentSection, whereas it should be reported at the CourseOffering or Section level.

Physical Restraint/Time Out Table Displays Extraneous Column in View Only

When a user has view only access, the Physical Restraint/Time Out table was displaying a blank column to the far right of the records overview page. This issue has been corrected and now the extraneous column will no longer display.

Special Education Program Updates

The following updates are made:

• A validation is added so that a user cannot specify both an in state and out of state RCC provider.

• ‘WI’ is removed from the select list for RCC Out of State. Users should not be able to select WI when doing an out of state RCC placement.

• The validation on Shortened Weekly Hours and School Weekly Hours is removed.

PSSR-406517

WI Ed-Fi: Excluded Sections No Longer Create Dependencies

Student Section Association records will no longer generate for Sections marked “Exclude from WISEdata Roster Submission.” This prevents invalid dependencies when excluded Sections are not published to the State.
