Ed-Fi : Discipline Records Republish Issue – Requires “Publish All” After Update

When republishing discipline records from a student’s publishing page, the records are being deleted instead of republished. Running Publish All from the Data Exchange (DEX) dashboard successfully republishes the records.

Note :-
After updating to this PowerSchool build ( SR_25.11.2.0) , users must run Publish All from the DEX dashboard to republish all discipline records successfully.

Ed-Fi : Graduation Plan Publishing Now Supports Both State_LEA_Number and EdFiLEANumber for Broader Compatibility

Resolved an issue preventing Graduation Plan publishing when [S_WI_GradPlan_S]State_LEA_Number was blank. The system now also references [Prefs]EdFiLEANumber, allowing normal district setups to publish successfully without additional configuration. Sub-district setups still require a valid State_LEA_Number.

The RCC Provider State dropdown list on the Student Programs screen correctly displays state abbreviations sourced from the Ed-Fi Descriptors.

WI Ed-Fi: Exit Type Publishes for Students with ResidencyStatusDescriptor = R-HOME

Fixed an issue where the Exit Type was not publishing for students with ResidencyStatusDescriptor = R-HOME (Homeschool). The system now correctly publishes the Exit Type for part-time homeschool students (Enrollment Type = C, FTE = 0.5, Primary Service Provider = N) when a valid Exit Date is present.

The report was flipping the results for Behind Schedule and Health Waiver for Polio in all Grades except Kindergarten. This is fixed and correctly reports students that are Behind Schedule and students that have a Health Waiver.
