All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC 23-24 Report

The CRDC 23-24 Report failed because of the minimum length constraints on the course name and number fields. This issue has now been resolved.

Course SCED and Roster Fields - New

Two new fields are added to the Courses page under Wisconsin State Information that are for 2024-25 reporting and beyond:

• SCED Course Code ([S_WI_CRS_RSTR_X]SCED11_Course_Code_2425)

• Roster Course Code ([S_WI_CRS_RSTR_X]Roster_Course_Code_2425)

• SCED Course Codes are updated to SCED 11

The select list will change based on the Year the user selects.

CTE Course Level Characteristics (Sections)

The Sections page is updated as follows:

• A new Roster Submission section is created that displays the SCED Course Code and Roster Course Code.

• When editing sections for 2024-25 or later, a new multi-select field for CTE Department (Program Areas Type) is created with the following options:

  • CTE-A - Agriculture and Natural Resources Education

  • CTE-B – Business and Information Technology Education

  • CTE-F – Family and Consumer Science Education

  • CTE-H – Health Science Education

  • CTE-M – Marketing Education

  • CTE-T – Technology and Engineering Education

    • The options displayed are based on the Course SCED code, thus the select list will never display all six options, and in some cases may have no options when the Course SCED Code is not CTE related.

    • The blue Explain button has a link to the DPI WISEdata CTE Department/Program Areas Type help article.
