Ed-Fi: Update for sessions

The update to the Sessions endpoint ensures that the gradingPeriod element is not sent if the school is identified as non-public/choice. This change resolves an issue where the value supplied for the related 'gradingPeriod' resource does not exist, leading to GradeError Code 409. This update enables error-free publishing of Sessions for choice schools, preventing the occurrence of the error message.
