PSSR-403083	Ed-Fi: Download Student Immunization Data from Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR)	Student Immunization Data from Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) functionality is restored to allow WIR data to be downloaded into PowerSchool for 2025-2026.
PSSR-404791	Immunization Report Updates for 2025-26	Report to Health Dept Part A Version: 2.7 Report to Health Dept Part B Version: 2.0 The following updates are made: Part A and Part B reports: Updated to consider current and previous enrollment records to determine students who are enrolled on the 40th day of the Part A report: MenACWY is a required vaccine for this year’s eighth graders who are not new to a Wisconsin school. If an eighth-grade student is still missing their first dose of MenACWY by the 40th school day, and they do not have a waiver, the student will be counted in the overall compliance category of “behind schedule” in Section D, even if they’ve met all other immunization requirements. The Part A Report is updated to match the format for the current p44545.pdf for the 2025-2026 school year.
PSSR-404303	WI State Reporting – WISEID Request Fix	Resolved error preventing staff WISEID requests from completing. The WISEID Request button now successfully generates and assigns unique IDs without failures.
