The following updates are made:

• Part A and Part B reports: Updated to consider current and previous enrollment records to determine students who are enrolled on the 40th day of the

• Part A report: MenACWY is a required vaccine for this year’s eighth graders who are not new to a Wisconsin school. If an eighth-grade student is still missing their first dose of MenACWY by the 40th school day, and they do not have a waiver, the student will be counted in the overall compliance category of “behind schedule” in Section D, even if they’ve met all other immunization requirements.

• The Part A Report is updated to match the format for the current p44545.pdf for the 2025-2026 school year.

WI State Reporting – WISEID Request Fix

Resolved error preventing staff WISEID requests from completing. The WISEID Request button now successfully generates and assigns unique IDs without failures.
