The codes are used in the Daily Attendance Report.
The Met_Minutes_Req values are as follows:

N = No - The student WAS NOT present for at least half the required instructional school minutes for the school day.

Y = Yes - The student WAS present for at least half the required instructional school minutes for the school day.
-
NA = Not Applicable - Student is not required to be in attendance.
All codes that end with a ‘W' are PowerSchool created codes only for the purpose of indicating the attendance code will report as a ‘N' for the Met_Minutes_Req data element. These codes will appear in the Daily Attendance report without the ‘W’.
All Present, Tardy and Early Dismissal codes without the ‘W’ will report as a 'Y’ for the Met_Minutes_Req data element
All Absent codes will report as a 'N' for the Met_Minutes_Req data element.
All Attendance Not Required codes will report as an ‘NA’ for the Met_Minutes_req data element.
