State Reporting Setup

Introduction

This section provides detailed information on the data elements to be set up for Rhode Island state reporting. The data elements are required to produce accurate state reports and must be added prior to running state reports. 

Many of the data elements are specific to a report and must be pre-populated with the report-specific options as described in the setup section before running the report. Some of these items are configured during PowerSchool implementation. PowerSchool Online Help is also available to assist with the setup of the Data Elements.
