Introduction
The PSSP EdPlan Data page in PowerSchool SIS provides a centralized, read-only view of Special Education and EdPlan information transmitted from PowerSchool Special Programs (PSSP).
Data Flow

System of Record: PSSP serves as the authoritative system of record for all special education and EdPlan data.

Automated Data Transmission: Data is refreshed daily via an automated recurring export/scheduled job pushing data from PSSP to PowerSchool SIS.

Single Student Record: Each student record is maintained as a single active snapshot linked directly to
Students.dcidin theS_OR_STU_EDPLAN_Xdatabase extension table (historical revisions are maintained within PSSP). -
Read-Only Display: Because PSSP is the system of record, data cannot be modified directly within PowerSchool SIS on this screen. Any necessary corrections or updates must be entered in PSSP and synchronized during the next export cycle. Navigation & Security Access

On the PowerSchool SIS Start Page, search for and select the student.

Under the student navigation menu on the left, navigate to State/Province - OR (or Compliance / State Information).

In the Oregon State Information page tabs, click the More dropdown or tab group.

Select PSSP EdPlan Data.
Security & Permissions

Default Access: By default, access to this screen is granted to staff roles/users who hold permissions to view the Oregon Student SSID page (
/state/usa_or/stateOR-SSID.html). -
Custom Security: District administrators can adjust or customize page permissions for individual security groups or roles under System > Security > Page Permissions as needed.
Data View

This page provides an overview of
PSSP EdPlan Data, showing the EdPlan information sent from PSSP (PowerSchool Special Programs) to the PowerSchool SIS through the nightly scheduled job. It also displays the latest database refresh timestamp in the upper-right corner so users can confirm when the student record was last updated from PSSP

FreeReducedLunchfield displayed on this screen reflects the lunch status stored in PSSP. It complements the Economically Disadvantaged Flag maintained on the Oregon SSID screen.
