ISEE Attendance Setup Requirements

ISEE Requirement - Less than 2.5 hours should be reported as 0 and 2.5 hours to 4 hours should be reported as 0.5

Attendance conversions can be set up to match the ISEE defined thresholds so that canned attendance reports can be used to validate/audit the Student Attendance results:

• Set up thresholds for regular students:
  • 0 - 149 minutes present - 0 attendance
  • 150 - 239 minutes present - .5 attendance
  • 240 or more - 1 attendance

• Set up thresholds for regular students (24-minute increments with the exception of the 1st tier):
  • 30 minutes = 0.1 ADA
  • 48 minutes = 0.2 ADA
  • 72 minutes = 0.3 ADA

• Time-to-Day - Things to remember
• Codes can be set up to indicate Full-Day/Half-Day absences but the Time-In/Time-Out values ultimately determine the attendance value for a given day
