Idaho Reports in PowerSchool
PowerSchool for Idaho provides a wide variety of Idaho-specific reports. The table below lists these reports by report type. Tip: Click a report type link to go to that report section.
The reports included are listed in the following table. This table includes the following elements:
- Report Name – Name of the report as seen in PowerSchool.
- Description – The purpose of the report.
- Due Date / Cycle – The timeframe during which the report is submitted to the state.

This report extracts disciplinary action information for student offenders involved in Incidents of Crime and Violence. Incidents resulting in an expulsion from school, expulsion to an alternative school, in school suspension (longer than .5 days), out of school suspension (longer than .5 days), removal by hearing officer or unilateral removal will be extracted. The District Calendars report contains one record per day for every calendar defined at the district. This is a district-level report. The District Calendars validation report verifies that specific fields are populated correctly based on Idaho rules. | Monthly | |

The Staff Assignments report contains one record for each active section assignment and one record for each active record in the Staff Assignments virtual table for a staff member at the school they are active. To facilitate the need to submit all ISEE extract files as a batch, a version of the Student Test Results extract containing a header row only is provided. An updated version of the extract will be released after the final requirements are determined. | TBD | |

The Program Contacts report is a district level report that extracts data pertaining to the primary contacts and contact information for specific programs within the district. | Yearly | |
Generates the Daily version of the Idaho Staff Assignments extract. This extract contains staff assignment records for all staffs whose employment and assignment dates fall within the specified reporting date range.
