Program Contacts
Contents
Introduction
The Program Contacts report is a district level report that extracts data pertaining to the primary contacts and contact information for specific programs within the district.
Prior to running the report, the primary program contacts must be designated on the following page in PowerSchool.
Start Page> Select Staff Member> Edit Information> Staff Demographics and Employment> Program Contacts
Note: If a staff member has multiple records in PowerSchool, any Program Contact records should be created under the record that’s flagged as the primary record.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Staff Selection
