Introduction

This report returns course enrollments and special program enrollments for students.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

The report selects records from the [Students] and [CC] tables based on the following criteria:

  • The student must be enrolled in a grade level selected at report runtime.
  • The student must have a course enrollment at a school included in the report.
  • The course enrollment entry date must occur on or before the report end date.
  • The course enrollment exit date must occur after the report start date.
  • The course enrollment must be associated with a valid course number from the Courses table.
  • The course enrollment must be associated with a section that is scheduled for one of the periods selected at report runtime.

Report Input

Field

Description

Grades (leave blank for all)

Select the checkboxes for the appropriate grade levels to include in the report.

Period(s) (leave blank for all)

Select the checkboxes for the appropriate class periods to include in the report.

Processing Options

Choose a time to run the report from the pop-up menu:

  • In Background Now (Recommended) – Execute the report immediately in the background.
  • ASAP – Execute the report in the order it is received in the Report Queue.
  • At Night – Execute the report during the next evening.
  • On Weekend – Execute the report during the next weekend.
  • On Specific Time – Execute the report on the date and time specified.

Specific Date/Time

Enter a date using the format mm/dd/yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy in order to run the report on a specific day. The incorrect format displays an alert and the date field is submitted as a blank entry.

Use the pop-up menus to schedule the report to be run at a specific hour and minute.

Example: 7/29/2008 @ 10:05 AM.

Include Header

Select the checkbox to include a header with column names in the report output.

Customer ID

Enter the customer account number for AIMSWEB.

District Name

Enter the district name to print on the report.

School Name

Enter the school name to print on the report.

Start Date

Enter the start date for the report.

End Date

Enter the end date for the report.

Unique Student ID to extract

Choose one of the following from the pop-up menu to print for students on the report:

  • Student Number
  • State Student ID (EUID)

Service Code

Indicates whether the student is enrolled in special education.

The student must be enrolled in a special program with the name SPE or TIA. The special program entry date must occur on or before the report end date and the special program exit date must be after the report start date.

If the student’s special program name is SPE, then Special Ed is reported. If the student’s special program name is TIA, then Title I is reported. If the student is note enrolled in either program, then General Ed is reported.

Ethnicity

The student’s ethnicity code.

If the federal ethnicity option is selected, then a value of 06 is reported.

If the student is assigned more than one race, then a value of 07 is reported.

If no value is selected for the student then “ErrorNotSet” is returned.

  • 01 – American Indian or Alaska Native
  • 02 – Asian
  • 03 – Black or African American
  • 04 – Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
  • 05 – White
  • 06 - Hispanic
  • 07 – Multi Race

Indicates whether the student is enrolled in an English as a Second Language (ESL) program.

The student must be enrolled in a special program with the name LEP or LEP1. The special program entry date must occur on or before the report end date and the special program exit date must be after the report start date.

Section 504

Indicates whether the student is enrolled in Section 504 program.
