CA - ASBG and MSA Attendance Recovery Update

Updated the Attendance Summary by Grade (Audit Mode) and Monthly Student Attendance reports to support the new Attendance Recovery functionality. Both reports now include two new columns—Recovered Days (showing AR override days, or calculated recovered days, or 0 if neither exists) and Adjusted ADA, which incorporates recovered days into the student’s attendance calculation by replacing “Days Attended” with “Days Attended + Recovered Days.”

CA - New AR/ELP Attendance Refresh Report

Introduced the new AR/ELP Attendance Refresh Report, which calculates background attendance data for all students and updates the “Attendance Recovery Days (Calculated)” field for the selected. The report enforces a cap on recovery days (maximum of 10 or total absences, whichever is lower), computes recovery minutes accurately, applies lower-limit rounding to determine completed recovery days, and provides an audit output showing which students had their attendance data refreshed.
