Districts were seeing 403 Errors for student contact records. This issue has now been resolved.

AzEDS - Publishing Logic Updates for Student Demographics Records

As per the updated DOE guidelines, Districts are only allowed to publish one Student Demographics record per district, and for a specific date range. We have updated our publishing logic to only publish one student demographic record per student, even if the student has a CTED enrollment or a concurrent enrollment record with a separate district.

AzEDs: Updates to Enrollment Type and Tuition Payer Fields

The below-mentioned enhancements have been done for the Enrollment Type and the Tuition Payer fields.

• A blank value has been added to both fields.

• The publishing logic for enrollment type has been updated as per the following:

  • If enrollment type is blank, and the student’s enrollment school type is not AOI school, then enrollment type will be considered as Main.

  • If enrollment type is blank, and the student’s school type is AOI school, then enrollment type will be considered as Online.

• For Tuition payer field, if the field value is blank, then the saved value will be 1. The publishing logic for the Tuition payer field will remain as it is.
