AzEDS 10.0: Updates to the Page and Publishing Logic of CCLC Survey Records

The following issues that were found with the creation and publishing of the CCLC survey records are now fixed:

  • When the records are created from the Admin portal, the record will then be created from the Student’s home school.

  • When the records are created from the Teachers' portal, the record will then be created from the school that the teacher is in the Teachers' portal.

  • The records will now get published with the correct element named evaluationElementNumericRating instead of evaluationElementRating.

A one-time migration script is also being provided to migrate the school for the respective created record to the correct schools.
