State Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-259988	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 20.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated. This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-271534	Ancestry Ethnic Origin (AEO) Descriptor Update	Per DPI, the AEO descriptor of ‘Columbian’ is changed to ‘Colombian’.
PSSR-269975	Disability Descriptor Updates	Per DPI the following Disability Descriptors are updated: V – Blind and Visually Impaired H – Deaf and Hard of Hearing DB - Deafblind
PSSR-266826	Economically Disadvantaged Status Update	The Economically Disadvantaged Status values for 2018-2019 and prior School Years codes are greyed out and can no longer be selected on the following pages: WISEdata Student Information Current Enrollment Edit Previous Enrollment New School Enrollment Choice Students
PSSR-268456	Ed-Fi Framework: Student records are removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked excluded	Ed-Fi Framework: Student records were being removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked as excluded. This issue is now resolved.
PSSR-271818	Ed-Fi State LEA Number Field Update	The Ed-Fi State LEA field ([PREFS}EdFiLEANumber) is increased to 7 characters.
PSSR-261373	Ed-Fi: Food Service End Date	Ed-Fi: Food Service Description: When multiple lunch records are entered for a student and one of the record's start dates is modified in the past the published food service records may show an overlap in dates. This issue has been resolved.
PSSR-268697	Ed-Fi: Milwaukee Academy of Science Errors When Publishing Terms	Ed-Fi: Calendar Description: When multiple schools in PowerSchool are being combined into one school to be reported to the state, an error may occur if the term setup is different between the schools. This issue has been resolved.
PSSR-271188	PI-1804 Summer School Report Update	PI-1804 Summer School Report: Version 1.5 The following updates are made: When the Sections Medium of Instruction is Virtual, the report identifies the section as an Online class. The report description is updated with the following text: On-line classes should be identified on the Sections page using Medium of Instruction - Virtual.
PSSR-267963	Ed-Fi: Parent Publishing for 21-22	Parent Publishing added for 21-22 which includes the parents and the studentParentAssociation resources.
PSSR-271189	PI-1804 Summer School CSV Update	PI-1804 Summer School - CSV: Version 1.3 The following updates are made: When the Sections Medium of Instruction is Virtual, the report identifies the section as an On-line class. The report parameter page is updated with the following text: On-line classes should be identified on the Sections page using Medium of Instruction - Virtual. The report is updated to be a CSV file.
