Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1
As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field.
The report works as expected for districts that upgrade to PowerSchool version 21.4 as well as previously supported versions of PowerSchool.

To enable Digital Equity & Learning Preferences from the District Office or a School:

Setup > System > Security > Groups > Select Security Group that needs access to the Digital Equity & Learning Preferences page > Accessible Student Screens > Check Learning Preferences > Submit > Repeat this process for any other groups.

Ed-Fi: Download Student Immunization Data from Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR)

Student Immunization Data from Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) is now available to be downloaded into PowerSchool. A new button has been added to the Immunization Record page in PowerSchool (State/Province - WI > Immunization Record > Get WI Immunization Registry Data). When run, the current WIR data will be downloaded and loaded into PowerSchool.

The Entry Date field logic has been updated to publish the First in session date when it is greater than or equal to the Entry date.

The Begin Date field logic has been updated to publish the First in session date when it is greater than or equal to the Entry date. Below are the entity programs that have the updated logic.

When doing reconciliation for Student Enrollments and Demographics, Student Demographics records are now shown on the Data Reconciliation page.

When a student is assigned to a school that is marked as excluded from state reporting, the Student Identification record is not created then there are no records showing on the student's Publishing page.

Student Special Education program records were failing with a message Invalid End date when run for 19-20 year. This has been resolved and will now publish correctly.

• The report now includes all students who have enrollments during the school year.

• The report now shows enrolled and withdrawn students in separate groups.
