State Reporting 21.2.2.0 Release Notes

Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled. Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

Clock In / Clock Out Report: Version 1.2

The Clock In/Clock Out Report completes successfully for schools with multiple FTE's.

Dual Enrollment Credit (Pre 18/19 School Year) is moved to the Obsolete section of the page.

When students have Non-Certified Career Education Programs assigned to both the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school years, the records publish in both years without issue.

Ed-FI no longer publishes CTE Programs as being associated with a Concurrent Enrollment School and only with the student's enrollment school.

The list of fields on the student's publishing page now shows Course, Section, and Grade.

When the certificatedProgramStatusDescriptor was previously published and then the value was removed in PowerSchool, the value was not removed from the state ODS. Ed-Fi will now publish a blank value for certificatedProgramStatusDescriptor on the grades whenever there is no value assigned. This will clear out the value in the state ODS if it was sent previously.

When a student is enrolled in a remote school that has the same Ed-Fi number as their home school, Student Section Associations will publish successfully for both current and remote classes.

The framework is adjusted to mark the catalog records ready to publish at the end of the staging process rather than doing it multiple times along the process, to avoid premature publishing of the transactions while supporting values are not updated yet.
