State Reporting 20.5.2.0 Release Notes

You can now select the Exclude from EMIS Course Reports field upon the creation of a new course instead of saving the course and editing to select the field.

The Explain link now displays correctly on the first day of a term. The report no longer returns invalid course information on these dates.

The Time In/Time Out for meeting attendance now displays correctly for students who are enrolled remotely for a course. Incorrect Time In/Time Out values are no longer displayed on meeting attendance.

New code sets are available for district-level truancy actions, course subject codes, and district/college IRNs. For more information, see Setup District > Add a Code to a Code Set in the Ohio online documentation. Users will now be able to add new subject codes, district and college IRNs, and locally tracked absence actions.
