State Reporting 20.10.2.0 Release Notes

(DL) Grade Schedule: Version 3.03

In situations where a building IRN is used for more than one school, the DL Grade Schedule report no longer includes duplicate records. Only distinct records are included in the report.

You can now choose the following new Assessment Areas for the GW Industry Credential Test Type on the (FA) Student Assessment tab:

• CG58 RISE Up Advanced Customer Service and Sales
• CP31 The Business of Retail: Operations and Profit
• CP32 Leadership Excellence - Student

You can now select a score not reported value of _W - Assessment score not reported because student received graduation credit for assessment area due to course completion prior to end of course assessment availability; number in score field represents number of graduation points earned_for the Alternate Assessments (GX) canceled due to COVID-19 cancellations in fiscal year 2020.

(FF, FG) Student Contact Record with Core Power School Contacts: Version 3.02

In situations where a student has been enrolled in two or more schools within a sub-district instance, the report now returns a Student Contact Record for each school. The report no longer returns only a single record for the most recent enrollment.

The obsolete page banner, “Ohio-Specific Legacy Custom Field Migrations have not been completed. State Pages and Reports will not function properly! Please contact your district PowerSchool Administrator for more information," that displays for new districts has been removed.
