The CRDC Loader file was failing in some scenarios with ORA errors, this issue has now been resolved.

All States: Skip Logic Updates to the CRDC 23-24 Report

Skip Level Logic has been implemented on the below-mentioned criteria:

ENRL Elements:

• Overall Student Enrollment – English Learners (EL) Equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-2a: Enrollment of English Learners (EL) - All EL Students

  • ENRL-2b: Enrollment of English Learners (EL) - EL Students in Programs

• Overall Student Enrollment - Disabilities (IDEA) Equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-3a: Enrollment of Students with Disabilities – IDEA

• Overall Student Enrollment - Disabilities (Section 504 Only) equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-3b: Enrollment of Students with Disabilities – Section 504 Only

PENR Elements:

• If PENR-1: Gifted and Talented Programs Indicator = “No” skip PENR-2: Gifted and Talented Student Enrollment.

• If PENR-3: Dual Enrollment Program Indicator = “No” skip PENR-4: Student Enrollment in Dual Enrollment Programs.

• If PENR-5: Credit Recovery Indicator = “No” skip PENR-6: Credit Recovery Enrollment.

The following updates are made:

The select list description for enrollment status code 35 is updated to 35 - The student is dual enrolled in your district (These students will only be reported in the iNHDEX Student Class submission).

On the following pages:

1. Create New School Enrollment

2. Enroll New Student

3. Re-Enroll in School

4. Edit Current Enrollment

5. Edit Previous Enrollment

Enrollment Status 35 is removed from the Report Parameter page on on the following reports:

• iNHDEX Free and Reduced Submission

• iNHDEX Student Roster

Students with Enrollment Status 35 are no longer reported in the following reports:

• iNHDEX Free and Reduced Submission

• iNHDEX Student Roster

The NH Grade Level of 16-Readiness is no longer a valid option and has been disabled on the following student pages:

• Enrollment History Current Enrollment

• Enrollment History Previous Enrollment
