Discipline Incident Letter (Version: 1.4)

The Discipline Incident Letter has been updated to include all the objects associated with an Incident. Previously, the report only pulled the objects marked as State Reportable.

• Students reported are limited to the schools that are selected in the report parameter.

• Previous enrollments are included in the report.

• The report is updated to sort by schoolNbr, sasID, entryDate.

The report parameter page description is updated to remove the testing window information and add which student Enrollment Status' are included in the report.

Summer Graduates and Withdrawals - Updates

iNHDEX Summer Graduates and Withdrawals Submission Version: 1.2

The following updates are made to the report:

• The logic of the report is updated to work with Out of Districts Students.

• The logic is updated to remove the Enrollment Status consideration and report only students with a Withdrawal Type (Summer Exits) value of 1, 2, 3 or 4.

The following fields have been updated:

• A new Exit Code of The student was never enrolled for the current school year. (13) is added.

• A new Withdrawal Type (Summer Exits) of 4 - Student’s PY enrollment exit code will be updated is added to the values.

  • The student’s previous enrollment school number will report when the value selected is 4 - Student’s PY enrollment exit code will be updated.
