Incident Management Bullying and Cyberbullying Update

School Safety Data Collection for Incident Management Version: 1.4

The following updates are made:

• The School Safety Survey for Incident Management is renamed to School Safety Data Collection for Incident Management to align with the state name change.

• The Bullying and Cyberbullying Behavior codes have a new subcode for incidents that are allegation only. The subcode is named Reported Not Actual - Allegation^ with the same subcodes that exist for the other Bullying and Cyberbullying subcodes.

• The School Safety Data Collection for Incident Management now includes the new Bullying and Cyberbully Behavior codes in section 3.1 and 3.2 of the report.

iNHDEX Program Participation/iNHDEX Enrollment Submission - Updates

iNHDEX Program Participation Submission Version: 1.3

iNHDEX Enrollment Submission Version: 1.5

The following updates are made:

• The Program Indicator no longer reports automatically as a '1' on the iNHDEX Program Participation Submission and the Program Indicator field now exists in Student Programs with the following values that now populate the report:

  • 1 - Participating

  • 2 - School offered HiSet Prep

  • 3 - Community College or 2-year IHE Program

  • 4 - College or University (4-year program)

• The iNHDEX Program Participation Submission now reports the programExitDate for 12th grade students with a code in the school enrollment Exit Code other than ‘11’ with the student’s Exit Date or program Exit Date, if one exists.

• A new drop-down value of 4 - Completed the program is added to the Student Programs > Program Exit Code.

• The student’s Transfer Out of School page is updated to display Student Programs that need an Exit Date or NH Program Exit Code with a link option to open the Student Programs page on a new tab to update the student record if needed.

• The All Student Programs page has added text to indicate exactly what the Program Names should be to report in the iNHDEX Program Participation Submission.

• The report logic for both the iNHDEX Program Participation Submission and the iNHDEX Enrollment Submission is updated to use the srEndDate field for students using the Graduation Date as the exit date.

  • The Date of Graduation field is moved to the ‘Obsolete’ section of the School Info page.

iNHDEX Student Class - New Participation Types

Student Class Submission Version: 1.3

The following updates are made:

• A new Participation Type field is added to the School Enrollment Current Enrollment, Previous Enrollment, Create New School Enrollment, Re-enroll in School and the Enroll New Student pages with the following values:

  • 1 - Full Time School Enrollment (Student reported on Enrollment submission)

  • 2 - Dual Enrollment (Enrollment Status = 29 VLACS)

  • 3 - Other (Student does not have an active enrollment and is not Home School or EFA)

  • 4 - Homeschool taking classes at their resident district

  • 5 - Charter School taking classes at their resident district

  • 6 - EFA taking classes in public district, not enrolled full-time

  • 7 - Non-public taking classes at their resident district

• The participationType data element is updated to report the value of the new Participation Type field.
