iNHDEX Student Class Update

iNHDEX Student Class Submission Version: 1.4

The following updates are made on the report:

• If there is no Participation Type selected for the student, the following logic will happen:

  • Enrollment status of Blank, ‘21’, ‘22’, ‘23’ and ‘27’ default to Participation Type of '1' if the student is enrolled at the school where the class is taught.

  • Enrollment status of ‘29’ defaults to Participation Type of '2'.

  • Enrollment status of Blank, ‘21’, ‘22’, ‘23’ and ‘27’ default to Participation Type of '3' if the student is not enrolled at the school where the class is taught.

  • Enrollment status of ‘24’ defaults to Participation Type of '4'.

  • Enrollment status of ‘28’ defaults to Participation Type of '6'.

  • Enrollment status of ‘26’ defaults to Participation Type of '7'.

  • Enrollment status of ‘35’ reports with a blank Participation Type, and one will need to be selected for the student.

• If No is selected for the ‘Do you want to report the course grade?’ parameter the course will appear only once for the student, even when the ‘Include Final Grade in iNHDEX Student Class Submission’ select box is selected for more than one final grade in a reporting term.
