All States/Provinces: Ability to Favorite the Reports

Admins can now mark all types of Reports available under Compliance and Systems Reports as favorites.

All States/Provinces: Office Visit Details Report Update

The Office Visit Details report output is updated to return a message indicating “No records are found” if none of the students the report was run for have qualifying Office Visit records.

Additionally, the report description has been updated to include the following verbiage:

It will include students who had office visits during the specified date range.

CATE Student Enrollment Submission Report Attendance Fix

CATE Student Enrollment Submission Version: 1.6

The CATE Student Enrollment Submission report is updated to properly report a student’s Entry and Exit dates and attendance where there are multiple school enrollments, but the student stays enrolled continuously in a class.

The following fields on the current and previous enrollments on the School Enrollments page are moved to the Obsolete for State Reporting section.

The report is updated as follows:

• The description is updated to remove testing window information

The report is updated as follows:

• The use of the Promoter Indicator field logic is removed.

• The Only Report Grade 12 parameter is removed from the Report Parameter page and report logic.

The following updates are made:

• The report parameter page description is updated to remove the testing window information and add student Enrollment Status' that are included in the report.

iNHDEX Enrollment Transfers Report - New

iNHDEX Enrollment Transfers Version: 1.0

A new report is created per iNHDEX requirements for students previously reported on the district’s current school year Enrollment Submission and has since exited the district. The report can be found under the heading iNHDEX Submissions as iNHDEX Enrollment Transfers Submission.

iNHDEX Free and Reduced Submission Report Version: 1.2.1

The following updates are made:

• The report is updated to use the School Number Override logic.

• The ‘Full or Partial Grade Program Length’ field on the Enrollment History > Edit Current Enrollment page is bolded.

The report is updated and no long uses the ‘Flag the student for inclusion in i4see Submission’ which has been obsoleted.

iNHDEX Student Absence Submission - Update

iNHDEX Student Absence Submission Version: 1.2.1

The following updates are made:

• The student School Override field is used as the School Number when the field is populated.

• When using daily attendance the issue of duplicate entries on days when a student has more than one absence type is corrected.

iNHDEX Student Class Update

iNHDEX Student Class Version: 1.2.1

Students taking a class at another school in the district are reported at the district and school where the class is held with a participation type of 3.

Student Programs NH Program Exit Code Update

On the Student Programs page, a new edit check is added to the New Hampshire Program Exit Code. If a value is selected, there must be a Program Exit Date.
