The Participant Attribute Codes without subcodes were not displaying properly in PowerSchool Version 25.5.0 and higher, this is corrected.

iNHDEX Course Assignments - Primary Grade ID Update

iNHDEX Course Assignments Submission Version: 1.2

The following updates are made:

• A new Primary Grade ID ([S_NH_SEC_X]PrimaryGradeId) field is created on the Sections page with the same values as the Primary Grade ID field on the Courses page.

• The Course Assignments Submission report includes the new sections PrimaryGradeId field in the logic as follows:

  • The Course Grade Range ID data element reports as follows:

    • Sections Grade Level ([Sections]Grade_level) if > 0 and not null ELSE

    • Sections PrimaryGradeID ([S_NH_SEC_X]primarygradeId) if not blank ELSE

    • Courses PrimaryGradeID ([S_NH_CRS_X]PrimaryGradeId)
