Demo data collection updated to support the 2020-21 requirements

Updated the existing Demo tab with the following new field:

• Alternate Assessment Indicator

Note: The Demographic and Enrollment and Demographic and Early Childhood Reports for SY 2021 are targeted for the Sept 2, 2020 release.

IL - Update Health and Immunization UI pages - Physical Education and Interscholastic Sports participation

Navigation: Start > Student > Student Selection > Health > PE Waiver

Two new IL State-Specific fields (Modified Program and Interscholastic Sports) are added for data collection. The Modified Program checkbox is used to indicate that the record is not a waiver, it is a modified program for the student. Also to indicate that the Modified Program or the Waiver is related to Interscholastic Sports, the Interscholastic Sports checkbox is used.

IL Course Assignment: Version 4.4
The duplicate records from IL Course Assignment Report have been removed for a student who has changed schools in a term. This also applies to reports run from the District Office.

IL: Data Collection Changes to Support Early Childhood Reporting

Early Childhood data collection updated to support 2020-21 requirements. The following fields are no longer reported in the *SY 2021 version of the report:

• Classroom Location

• Preschool for All Classroom

• IDEA Services Received

• Inclusive IEP Service

• Preschool for all Expansion

• Head Start Funding

• CPS Value Preschool

• Pre-K Title 1

• IDEA Funding

• Local District Funding

• Tuition Based Funding

• Previous Enrollment in an Early Childhood Program

• Early Head Start

• Prevention Initiative

Add the following new fields to support *SY 2021 changes:

• Licensed Child Care

• Student Receiving CCAP Subsidy
  
  In addition, the Early Childhood Programs panel is now available under the Early Child Tab, with the following fields.

• Program

• Service Location

• Service Type

• Program Start Date

• Program End Date

• Reason for Ending Program

• Provider Type

• IEIN (A staff smart lookup field has been added to the new Early Childhood Programs data entry field. The lookup is based on the staff's last name. When you start typing the smart search will display matching staff members. Once selected, the IEIN field will be populated from the staff member lookup)

• Provider Start Date

• Provider End Date

• Reason for Ending Provider
