On the Start Page > Student Selection > Illinois State Information > ISBE SIS Student Demographic/Enrollment Information tab, new codes 188 Kunama and 189 Quechua are added to the 26. Language of Instruction, 17. Native Language Code (Non-English Background) and 16. Home Language Code drop-down lists.

Disabling the 504 Plan Participant Checkbox Removes Start and End Dates

504 Plan Start Date Override and 504 Plan Exit Date Override date fields are no longer set to blank when the 504 Plan Participant checkbox is cleared.

A new Prenatal tab is added to State/Province - IL. The new tab has the following panels:

Mother's Demographics Info
This panel displays the following fields:

• Prenatal ID

• Mother's Legal First Name

• Mother's Legal Middle Name

• Mother's Legal Last Name

• Mother's Maiden Name

• Mother's Address

• City in which mother resides

• State name is which mother resides

• Zip code of city in which mother resides

• Contact telephone number for mother

• Mother's date of birth

• Marital Status of Mother

• General racial category which most clearly reflects the mother’s recognition of her community or with which the individual most identifies

• RCDTS for Home School (default current school of enrollment) allow for override

• RCDTS for Serving School (default current school of enrollment) allow for override

This panel displays the following fields:

• Date Prenatal Services Started

• Due Date

• Prenatal Exit Reason

• Exit Date

• Total Number of Home Visits During the Year

• Total Number of Parent Groups or Sessions Attended During the Year
