Create Repo-Schema Script for Incident Management

A Repo-Schema script is created for the Incident Management codes and subcodes required for state reporting.

A new Discipline Codes and Subcodes Status field is added to the State Information section on the Start Page > District Setup > District Information page.

After installing this release, do one of the following:

For districts with no local setup
- Initiate the loading of the codes. Navigate to District > District Info and click the Load Codes/Subcodes link. The new Incident Management codes will be added to the database after either a) the hourly process runs, or b) PowerSchool is restarted.
For districts with local setup
- Manually update the Incident Management setup per the State Reporting Guide to align with state and CRDC reporting needs.

Warning: To avoid overriding any existing local setup, if a district has manually set up codes in Incident Management, PowerSchool recommends that you do NOT run the auto process. Instead, manually update the setup per Verify Incident Management Setup to align with state and CRDC reporting needs.

Incident Management will support ISBE reporting, starting with the 2020-21 school year. Districts are NOT required to move to Incident Management at this time, as Log Entries will continue to be supported.
