State Reporting 20.2.2.1 Release Notes

IL PAN Pre-ID Report v1.2

Report updates:

• When a student race code indicator is selected, the race code is reported as "Y"; otherwise, it is reported as "N".
• The Title III Limited English Proficient Participation Status field and the Gifted and Talented field are both now reported as "X".
• The Migrant Status field and the Economic Disadvantage Status field are both now reported as "Y" if selected, otherwise they are reported as "N".

These updates resolve the issues that Pearson Assessment communicated to schools regarding the PAN import overwriting field values with blanks. After applying this update, run the report and proceed with importing to PAN.
