State Reporting 20.12.1.0 Release Notes

The following fields are added on the IAR Information page:

• ELA - Human Signer for Test Directions
• Math - Human Signer for Test Directions

• Azerbaijani, North (Azerbaijan) (198)

Fields that will display new language codes are -

• Language of Instruction
• Home Language Code
• Native Language Code

IL Demographics and Early Childhood Report: Version 1.2
Updated the IL Demographics and Early Childhood *SY2021 to support Title I Indicator at School Level. Currently, the report support Title I Indicator at only the student level.

IL Course Assignment Version 4.5
IL Course Assignment report will now pull RCDTS Home School and RCDTS Serving School for manually entered classes with no related CC record from the school's RCDTS Home School, based on the student's school enrollment.

IL Demographics and Early Childhood *SY2021 report version - 1.2
IL Demographics and Early Childhood *SY2021 report updated to collect the Dual Language.

IL Demographics Enrollment report: Version 1.2
Updated to support Title I Indicator at School Level. Currently, the report supports Title I Indicator at Student Level.

Converted the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better performance for the 200 Day Accountability Report.

Clock In/Clock Out Report: Version: 1.1
The Clock In/Clock Out Report has been updated and will report multiple Time In and Time Out values, on a single day, if they exist.

Contact Tracing Report Version: 1.3
The Contract Tracing report has been updated and can now pull data from Incident Management. When this data grouping is selected, the following points will be extracted:

• Name
• Student/Staff Indicator
• Student Number
• Grade Level
• School Abr
• Incident Date
• Incident ID
• Incident Title
• Incident School Abr
• Contact Name
• Phone Number

The parameter has been brought in a single row which says "Include" and the user can check the option "Class", "Busing" and "Incident"

Note: Description has been updated for report

The list of students will now be returned if the user enters a start and end date that span multiple years.

Added Title 1 Indicator Field to the school level.
