The Student Incident Profile Report now lets users control incident grouping in the report output.

The Page Break option appears under Order Report By. The Page Break options are Student, Incident, and None.

CA - AR/ELP Sync Report - Attendance Recovery - Calculation Logic Update

When the AR/ELP Sync Report is run in Attendance Recovery Mode, the calculation for recovered days was updated. Period durations are now calculated in 60-minute increments, with values rounded down to the nearest hour. For example, a 60-minute period is counted as 60 minutes, 70 minutes as 60 minutes, and 125 minutes as 120 minutes.

CA - AR/ELP Sync Report - Update

The AR/ELP Sync report has been updated with the following changes for the Attendance Recovery Improvements:

• A new field, “Store Attendance Recovery Days Into (P1/P2/EoY/Custom),” was added to the AR/ELP Sync Report run page with dropdown options: Blank (Custom), P1 Reporting, P2 Reporting, and EoY Reporting.

• Based on the selected store location, the date range was configured to auto-populate according to the predefined dates set by the user, with the option for the user to modify the date range before running the report.

• Recovered Days were configured to be stored in the respective reporting field for the school year in which the report was run.

• When “P1 Reporting” is selected, the calculated days are stored in the “P1 Recovery Days (Calculated)” field. The same for P2, EoY and Custom.

The “Attendance Codes” input parameter label in the “ASBG - Report by Attendance Codes” extract is now fixed.

CA - Attendance Recovery Page and Reporting Range Set Up

On the Student Attendance Recovery page, new fields were introduced and existing fields were updated. The fields “Number of Recovery Day (Override)” and “Number of Recovery Day (Calculated)” were renamed to represent the Custom Date Range. The fields “Minutes Attended (Override)” and “Minutes Attended (Calculated)” were removed from the UI. Additionally, the list view was simplified to display only School Year, Total Absent Days, and Last Refreshed columns.

A new district configuration page titled “Attendance Recovery - Reporting Period Set Up” was introduced to allow districts to configure P1, P2, and EoY reporting date ranges for each school year. Date ranges are restricted to the selected school year and cannot extend beyond it.

CA - Attendance Summary By Grade - Update

A new field, “Attendance Recovery Days Reporting Range,” was added to the ASBG and MSA Report run pages with options Custom, P1 Reporting, P2 Reporting, and EoY Reporting, placed after the “Include AR Columns” parameter. Based on the selected option, recovered days are reported using the corresponding Override value if available; otherwise, the Calculated value is used.

CA - CAASPP Subject Area Dropdown - Bug Fix

An issue was resolved on the Section Details page where the CAASPP Subject Area selection reverted to “Same as Course (Blank)” after saving the section. The UI was updated to correctly display the saved value stored in [S_CA_SEC_X]Subject_Area.

CA - CCGI Course Grade File - Update

Updates were made to the CCGI Course Grade File report.

The ATP Code field was updated to default to “111111” when no value is populated. The Course Institution Name was updated to report the school name based on the CDS code on the course grade record, and for in-district courses, the value is derived from the CDS code configured on the school setup page. If no CDS code is available, the field reports a blank.

The IsWorkInProgress field was updated to populate “Y” when the enrolled section’s end date is in the future for in-district courses, otherwise “N”.

The CDS Code field was updated to derive the value from the related school for in-district courses when the CDS code is not populated on the course grade record.

The Subject Area field was updated so that values in the range GA–GO are reported as “G.”

CA - New School Level CDS Code - UI Update

The School Set Up page has been updated with a new field for adding the CDS code for the school. This field will be used to determine the school’s CDS code while reporting the in-district course grades’s School CDS Codes for CCGI Course Grades file reporting.

CA - Staff assignment List View - Bug Fix

An issue was resolved where staff assignment data did not refresh correctly when navigating between staff records while a record was in edit or new mode. The page was updated to ensure the correct staff data loads when navigating between staff assignment pages.
