Hearing Screenings report is updated and now includes Start Date and End Date filters, allowing users to limit results to a specific date range. The Page Break option appears under the Order Report By option, and the Page Break options are - Student, Incident, and None.

CA - Attendance Recovery Set Up - Update

For schools using PowerSchool to configure and manage Attendance Recovery (AR), it is no longer mandatory to designate the Attendance Recovery–exclusive school as a remote or summer school. The Attendance Recovery and Expanded Learning Indicator checkboxes on the school setup page are now always visible, regardless of school type.

This update allows users to configure Attendance Recovery at non-summer schools and enroll students directly into AR sections without the need to create a separate school enrollment record.

CA - Attendance Summary by Grade Report - Update

Resolved an issue where the Adjusted ADA value differed from the regular ADA in the Attendance Summary by Grade Report, even when no recovered days were present. The discrepancy was caused by a rounding difference at the decimal level.

Adjusted ADA calculations have been corrected to ensure that ADA and Adjusted ADA values match exactly, including decimal precision, when no recovered days exist.

Course code exclusion flag honored

Resolved an issue where courses with a course code of 1000 were included in the CRSE, CRSC, SCSE, and SCSC reports even when the “Exclude Course Code 1000” input parameter was enabled.

The reports now correctly honor the exclusion flag, ensuring that records associated with course code 1000 are not extracted when the parameter is selected.
