All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly.

Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.

Fixed an issue where temporary tables were not dropped after a failed first run of the ASBG report, causing subsequent runs to fail; the report now cleans up correctly and runs successfully once configuration issues are resolved.

SCED Codes Update

The issue where SCED Codes appeared blank on the Course, Section, and Historical Grades screens has been resolved. The problem was traced to a delete script executed during the Gibson migration that inadvertently removed SCED Code data from the repository schema. The affected logic has now been corrected, and all impacted fields are displaying properly.
