PSSR-427819	VT Ed‑Fi: Updated Full‑Time Equivalency (FTE) Calculations for Staff Publishing	Staff fullTimeEquivalency (FTE) calculations for Ed‑Fi publishing have been updated to align with Vermont AOE rules. This update clarifies and enforces different calculation logic for two separate Ed‑Fi resources: Staff Employment and Staff Assignment, both of which include a fullTimeEquivalency element. fullTimeEquivalency on Staff Employment resource now reflects the total FTE across all places of service at the district level. fullTimeEquivalency on Staff Assignment Resource is calculated per assignment, using the configured Role FTE on Staff Vermont Position Roles page multiplied by the corresponding school FTE on the Staff Place of Service page. Note: If the FTE on the Staff Place of Service page is blank, fullTimeEquivalency in Staff Employment Resource is published as 0. If either the FTE on the Staff Place of Service page or the Role FTE on the Staff Vermont Position Roles page is blank, fullTimeEquivalency on the Staff Assignment resource is not published. Combined FTE values greater than 1.0 are published as configured and should be reviewed and managed by districts if totals exceed expected limits. Run Publish All or Publish Changes for the Staff Associations Resource category on the Data Exchange Dashboard at District level, for these changes to take effect.
