PSSR-362796	State Compliance Page Update - Primary Nighttime Residence	The Primary Nighttime Residence field on the State Compliance page is updated so that it defaults to blank or “<Not Set>”. The Primary Nighttime Residence is now an optional field. Two cross-field validations were added to the Homeless field. If the field is set to No, then the Primary Nighttime Residence field must be blank or “<Not Set>”. If the field is set to Yes, then the Primary Nighttime Residence field must have a valid value.
