Student Participation Publishes The Incorrect Dates

Student Participation Dates have been updated with the following rules:

• For Gifted, ELL, Bilingual, SEPD, 504, Immigrant, and Indian - The system will send whatever dates you have entered on the Student Program record for an entry date. The entry date can be before this school year if the exit date is either blank or within the current year.

• For Alternative, Homeless, Foster, and Migrant - If the record’s entry date is before this school year, the agent will publish the first day of school as the entry date. If the entry date is within this school year, then the date will be the date entered.
