The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 23.12.0.1 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.

Student Programs Page Update

The Student Programs page has been updated as follows:

• We have added a new Placement Reason field.

  • The field is enabled for programs that require it and the list is dynamically populated to the corresponding codeset.

  • The field is disabled for programs that do not require it.

• The order of the fields on the Student Programs page has been rearranged for better usability.

  • Program Name

  • Comment

  • Entry Date

  • Placement Reason

  • Exit Date

  • Exit Reason

• The Exit Reason field is updated to be a smart list based on the Program Exit Reason codeset. This list is the same across all programs. The field defaults to blank. Customers can use values from the smart list or enter other values for their local programs.

Important: Districts must set up the following programs for this functionality to work correctly.
