All States/Provinces: Fix to the Student Incident Profile Report

Student Incident Profile Report Version 1.8

The Yearly Medication Administration Report output was not displaying all the behavior codes associated with an incident correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Student Academic Review for Direct Admit Updates

The following updates are made for Direct Admission Reporting:

• The student Direct Admit reporting page Tier Override is updated to the new 2025-2026 tiers when in the 2025-2026 school year.

• The Student Academic Review for Direct Admit (Version 1.1) is updated as follows:

  • Assigns the appropriate 2025-2026 tier to students based on their GPA.

  • The report can only be run in the 2025-2026 school year.

  • The Office of Higher Education (OHE) has removed the following qualifier for 2025-26:

    • Two of the academic tiers have an average course grade measure (flag) for each of the 3 course areas (English, Mathematics and Science). Student must have a 'C' average.

• The Direct Admission Upload File (Version 1.1) is updated as follows:

  • The file is updated to report the 2025-2026 Tiers.

  • The user can specify the College Board (ACT/CEEB) code on the report parameter page. This is an optional entry.

  • An option exists for the user to specify an SFTP connection which will be available through OHE at a later date.
